All rooms are available for lunch and dinner, or as an all day meeting/conference venue.

A non-refundable deposit/hire charge is required at the time of confirming your booking

The Job:

The position is to  work in a 800 - 1000 cover per week kitchen, assisting the Head Chef in his duties.  You will be cooking using daily fresh produce sourced locally.  You must be passionate about cooking, used to working under pressure whilst at the same time delivering great results.  You must be able work independently or as part of a team and used to using your iniative.  You will also be accountable for providing excellent service and product knowledge to customers.  Above all you must  be able to demonstrate a more than good aptitiude for cooking.

Key Attributes:

Must have experince of working in a kitchen enviroment in a chef, head chef,chef de partie capacity.  Must be able to show a passion and desire for cooking.  Must be able to plan, organise and work alongside the Head Chef, must be able to follow instructions to the letter.

From time to time you may manage the performance and motivation of an on-site H&amp;amp;S and QA Manager (working at one of our major project sites)

To be suitable for this role you must have both experience and qualifications in Health and Safety Management, covering the kind of duties outlined in the job description.  Ideally you will also have Quality Assurance knowledge and experience to ISO standards, or be willing to learn.

The role will primarily be assisting with smooth management of contracts and special projects, seeing larger projects through the company form order stage thought to dispatch and co-ordinating with all departments. 
 
You will be assisting with technical back up to sales, site services, service department and development of existing products. 
 
Main Responsibilities 
 
1. To assist the managing of large and special projects from pre-order through to dispatch to ensure specification compliance, technical correctness &amp;amp; are delivered correctly on time. 
2. To occasionally prepare quotations for their products of a more complex &amp;amp; technical nature. 
3. Helping to solve technical issues both internally and externally. 
4. To assist in maintaining technical training records for all staff that require it to perform their duties &amp;amp; to ensure they receive the technical training required.
