Key Responsibilities & Job Requirements
To identify and generate sales leads and obtain necessary information to ensure follow up sales calls from in-house database
To provide written quotations, pursue and close sales
To conduct outgoing telemarketing / telesales calls
To carry out the requests of the customer in a timely, orderly, efficient and courteous manner
Liaise with other departments to ensure the customer needs can be met and informing customers if they can’t
Providing advice to customers on production methods and mailing
Key Skills and Competencies
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Self motivated
Sales orientated
Enjoys working to targets
All duties to be carried out in accordance with company policies.
