Job Title: Operations Excellence/ Continuous Improvement Facilitator
This is an excellent opportunity for a Continuous Improvement expert to join this established international organisation. Operating within the aerospace sector, this organisation supplies to all the major aircraft manufacturers.
The successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of continuous improvement, including Lean, 5 Why, brainstorming, pareto analysis, DMAIC, 8D and process mapping. You should be capable of leading workshops and assisting in the analysis of complex data. You should be suitably qualified to degree level or equivalent and have excellent communication skills and be able to promote change across the business
