Our client is looking for an experienced purchase and sales ledger clerk to join their expanding team in Southampton.
The ideal candidate must have experience in posting bank payments once accounts are reconciled etc. sorting banking and posting money onto ledgers updating cash books etc, must be able to work as part of a team and on own where necessary, experience with clock card entry and payroll an advantage but not essential, should have excellent keyboard skills and telephone manner, able to work well under pressure as the role is varied and busy.
Salary 16 to 18 k
Hours of work 8.30 until 5.30 Monday to Friday with half an hour for lunch.
