Our client in central Southampton is looking for an experienced Legal Sercretary to join them in this varied secretarial role as a float secretary. Legal experience is essential in order to be able to cover a variety of disciplines and needs to be supported by competent IT skills. The role will consist mainly of audio-typing, file management, client contact and diary management. The successful candidate must be flexible, confident but approachable and professional with excellent organisational skills.
qualifications/experience required
Accurate typing speed of at least 65 wpm+
At least intermediate+ of Word, Outlook, Excel
GCSE Maths, English
Previous experience of Audio typing.
