Pastry Chef de Partie required for small intimate 1 rosette restaurant in the heart of the New Forest close to the Lyndhurst area.
Main duties will include working within the pastry section preparing a wide variety of products including: Fresh Bread, Cakes, Biscuits and desserts within the main kitchen team.
Thorough knowledge of catering is required for the position with a background in patisserie.
