F & B Supervisor required to assist with the efficient and profitable running of all food and beverage related departments of a hotel.
The succesful candidate will assist with the overall direction of all food and beverage outlets and the co-ordination of activities between them. Areas of responsibility will include all restaurants, bars and functions suites and the applicant should be experienced in maximising sales and boosting profits.
Ideal applicant should have some background experience in food and beverage management and have a clearly defined customer care philosphy.
The succesful candidate should also posess excellent customer care skills and be well versed in all levels of guest service and standards.
Strong leadership is essential in this role with the ability to: lead, co-ordinate, train and motivate being key fundamentals.
The ability to work under pressure is also vital and the company expects special attention to detail in all of its employees.
