Chef de Partie required to assist Head Chef in running the kitchen/catering section of this new vibrant restaurant.
The succesful candidate will be preparing a wide variety of dishes for a number of events including parties and weddings, and assissting in running the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence.
Candidate must be educated to a good standard of cookery and possess a good background in hospitality and catering outlets.
They must be hard working and reliable and take pride and care with the work they produce.
Own transport is also desireable, but not essential as the restaurant is close to major bus & train routes, and finally the candidate must possess a good level of communication and be at ease in working with a team of chefs whilst producing quality freshly prepared dishes.
