Internal Technical Sales Support
Hampshire, Romsey £20,000
Do you have a technical background within a sales role? We have an exciting opportunity.
Due to the growth of our client’s team we are currently seeking an experienced Internal Technical Sales Support advisor.
This role will be office based and you will report into the Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
• To provide Sales Support to Field Sales Managers
• Be conversant with Order Management System in order to provide assistance and Monitor performance
• Is responsible for provision of Technical Sales documentation including sales quote and drawings as required.
• Maintain Regular telephone contact with customers and own accounts
• Provide sales statistics and data in support of Account managers
• Provide sales support at events and exhibitions as required
• Actively promote training programmes both internal & external in accordance with the company ideals
The successful candidate;
• Technical ability is a must
• Friendly and outgoing telephone manner
• Basic sales acumen essential
