Marine Customer Support Engineer
Home based, EMEA Travel, £45,000 + Car allowance + Benefits
We urgently require a Customer Support Engineer with a good Marine Engineering bias, to join a Leading Global Fuel Treatment company with a large client base throughout the EMEA.
Based from Home, 50% of your time will be spent visiting clients throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA), where you will be providing technical customer support on Fuel Systems, the other 50% will be spent working from home providing the same service.
An understanding of Fuel Systems is essential, and the role requires someone with a strong Marine Engineering background, and ideally a good understanding of Power Generation.
You will act as an ambassador on behalf of the company, this means you will need good interpersonal skills, great presentational skills, and be able to react appropriately under pressured environments.
You need to follow regional legislation, co-ordinate fuel analysis & evaluation, provide continuous support on a global basis, and on a technical level to support both sales and customers.
The role may suit someone who has reached a Marine Engineering Officer rank in the Navy or equivalent, and is degree qualified or equivalent.
Home Based, £45,000 per annum + Car allowance + Benefits.
