Solutions Sales Consultant

This recruitment agency requires a self motivated and target driven individual to join their Sales team.

Duties:

• To design recruitment solutions for prospective and current clients - including but not limited to permanent, contract, temporary recruitment and recruitment support services.
• To sell and implement these recruitment solutions to prospective and current clients
• To work with the Sales Manager to train Account Managers in the implementation, management and optimisation of client recruitment solutions
• To identify, contact and develop prospective recruitment/services clients
• To work with the Sales Manager to oversee and ensure the effective delivery of recruitment services/solutions to ensure client satisfaction
• To work with the Sales Manager to identify current clients that would benefit from higher level recruitment/services sales approaches.

The ideal candidate:

• Have proven current commercial experience selling Business to Business solutions
• Have proven current commercial experience working within a target driven environment, personally responsible for regular sales/delivery/revenue targets.
• Have a full, current UK driving license and ability to drive
• Have excellent presentation skills - including the devising of and delivering of proposals, discussion documents, white papers and board level presentations.
• Have Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Have excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook/Word/Powerpoint/Excel etc).
