FAB NEW OPPORTUNITY FOR SENIOR RESOURCER TO WORK FOR A HIGH-FLYING RECRUITMENT AGENCY

Our client a well established IT recruitment agency are currently looking for a Resourcer to join there team. They have a national reputation for delivering a service which is totally in tune with the needs of both their clients and jobseekers alike. Their ability to add value to all levels of permanent, temporary and contract recruitment stems from their wholehearted belief in personalised problem solving, born of many years' specialised experience.

Their busy Southampton office is now looking to recruit a Senior Resourcer. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable and supportive team environment. This vacancy would suit a candidate with previous recruitment and resourcing experience, with strong leadership skills.

Daily duties:
Supervising the resourcing team
Training and development
Developing new ways to attract candidates and search job sites
Updating candidates
Matching candidates to job specs
Adverting new jobs
Searching the job boards for new candidates
Setting up interview
General admin duties


In return, our client is offering a generous basic salary of around £18-19 with an OTE that can take you to £29k and tons of company benefits.
