This role is primailry a sales role.

Our client is a fast paced insurance company who is looking for strong individual who can handle the busy role of Sales-Renewals Advisor.

You will be providing a high quality service to existing customers in accordance with company standards as well as being responsible for quality assurance at a personal level and within a customer focused environment.

Your fast paced role will include the delivery of excellent service and advise to existing customers, corresponding with clients, ensure accuracy of the customer database whilst achieving targets agreed with the line manager.

You will effectively analyze client needs as well as develop solutions and advise clients to ensure an understanding of the nature of the insurance being purchased.

You will deal with all enquiries promptly and appropriately, manage collection of the premium payment and in so doing, minimize the risk of bad debt. Alongside this you will ensure the smooth running of the department, prioritizing workload whilst developing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers and contacts

The basic ranges from £14-15k depending on experience and OTE from £3k+.
