Job Description
We are currently recruiting for Customer Services Assistants to work in Student Services team. You will play a significant part in enhancing the experience of a wide range of students. To ensure the smooth running of our services you will also play a part in providing valuable administrative and reception support to the teams. The successful candidate should be able to display significant experience of working within a busy, multi-task service centre and a proven ability to cope with high volumes of enquiries. Significant experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite and multiple software systems/in-boxes is essential. You will be qualified to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
Hours of work are 1pm – 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.
