Job Description
We are recruiting for Customer Services Advisors to work in our Student Services Centre. Hours to be worked between 4.15 – 8.15pm, you will be responsible for providing advice to students and other customers over email, answering queries using in depth knowledge of different areas within Student Services and the University. The successful candidate should be able to display significant experience of working within a busy, multi-task service centre and a proven ability to cope with high volumes of enquiries. Significant experience of working with the Microsoft Office suite and multiple systems/in-boxes is essential. You will be qualified to at least GCSE level or equivalent.
