Job Description

Senior Wine Waiter / ess required for a prestigious hotel based in Hampshire Candidates for Senior Wine Waiter / ess require a good knowledge of wines and the requirement to provide a high service standard.

This is an exciting role for a Sommelier or a Waiter / ess with good wine knowledge who seeks to be part of a restaurant team within a fine dining restaurant. The role will also require you to be flexible within the restaurant in the absence of the Restaurant Manager during service and this will include some breakfast shift cover if required. Candidates with a WSET qualification would be preferred.

The salary for Senior Wine Waiter / ess is to £18,300 / annum. Live in is available if required. Transport woudl be required if you choose to live out N.E.
