Job Description
Chef de Partie - This unique, luxury hotel in a stunning city centre location is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie who is passionate about food and willing to learn to join their existing small brigade. The hotel has over 15 rooms and is looking to gain accolades.
The Role:-
As part of this small brigade you will be required to assist the Head Chef in the smooth running of a section in this award winning kitchen. You will be responsible for assisting in the training of Junior Chefs to develop their skills and to work quickly and calmly whilst promoting good working relations within the kitchen.

Qualification/Experience:-
All applicants will require previous experience within a two rosette accredited properties and have a good all round knowledge of the kitchen. You will require a passion and creativity with food and a track record of obtaining and maintaining the highest of standards.
