Job Description

The British Assessment Bureau is a leading Certification Body with pre-eminent status and UKAS accreditation.

We currently have a vacancy for a Lead Assessor in ISO standards work (principally ISO 9001 and ISO 14001) in the Reading area.

Full training and CPD will be provided and the British Assessment Bureau is a recognised Investor in People. The role will involve undertaking management process audits on clients’ premises.

The package for the right candidate will be C£27K and a company vehicle will be provided, along with all support tools (e.g. laptop, BlackBerry, etc).

Please note this is NOT a sales job and although the right candidate should be comfortable with client interaction, there is no cold calling or sales targets involved.

The ideal candidate will be a mature and experienced man or woman who can demonstrate an analytical approach, a good general understanding of how a business is managed and demonstrate experience of working in a customer facing environment.

The role requires the candidate to WORK FROM HOME and a track-record of success in this form of working environment would be an advantage.

This role is principally for the areas of the Thames Valley and West London but the successful candidate must be willing to travel anywhere in the UK and sometimes that might include staying overnight. No overseas travel will be involved.
