Job Description

A Chef de Partie is required for this stunning country house hotel located in the Hampshire area. The property has uniquely designed bedrooms, an award winning 40+ cover fine dining restaurant and a bistro/bar operation.

The Role:- The role will require you to be an excellent team player in this busy kitchen, having the skills to always remain calm and work successfully under pressure. You will be of a creative nature, with a desire to produce dishes of the highest standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a winning team looking to gain further accolades and a chance to work and learn from industry professionals, who have much to offer.

Qualification/Experience:- All applicants will have previous experience of working in a high quality; two rosette accredited environment as well as the desire to work with high quality cuisine. All candidates should be team players and possess good organisational and motivational skills. You must possess a good work ethic and be willing to deveop and learndevelop your skills and knowledge.You will also require NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent qualifications and a food hygiene certificate is essential.
