Fantastic Chef de Partie WANTED! Beautiful Property Read On and Apply!

This beautiful country house hotel set in the beautiful Hampshire countryside is has 30 en suite rooms and can cater for up to 40 people in the main restaurant and a further 18 in the Private Dining. The great restaurant has been awarded two rosettes and prides itself on the great modern British cuisine that it produces using fresh seasonal ingredients. The Head Chef is currently looking to recruit a talented and experienced Chef de PArtie

Duties of this Chef de Partie position will include: * Maintaining the high standards of the establishment * Working effectively as part of a team * Working on all sections of the kitchen as required * Developing menu ideas

The working pattern for this Chef de Partie position will be five days out of seven as the business requires, and will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this Chef de Partie position will be dedicated to all aspects of the role and have a working experience of accredited restaurants. Individuals must be motivated chefs, strong on all sections of the kitchen.
