Job Description

A passionate Demi Chef de Partie is required to join this award winning brigade in this fantastic Michelin starred property. The property has over 40 rooms, an award winning restaurant and extensive conference and banqueting and leisure facilities.

The Role:- As Demi Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running a section within the kitchen and assisting the Head/Sous Chef in leading, motivating and developing the existing team and catering for the restaurant and busy wedding and function trade. You will also be required to ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is of a high standard, and complies with food safety regulations and to supervise, train and motivate the team to achieve company standards.

Qualification/Experience:- You will require previous experience at 2 rosette level in a similar high quality establishment, this is essential. You will also be a good team player, who has the ability to cope under pressure and you must have excellent man management skills. You will also require NVQ Level 1 & 2 qualifications or equivalent qualification and a passion and flair towards food.
