Job Description
We are looking for an accomplished Telesales Manager with experience of managing a telesales call centre team in the financial services sector. This is a great opportunity for a candidate looking for a team management role offering responsibility and challenge.
The role will involve managing an expanding telesales team providing support and sales information to a portfolio of business accounts. The team is responsible for making outgoing sales calls using account management skills to build and develop effective relationships with a portfolio of brokers. The role will involve target and performance management and full management responsibilities including recruitment and appraisal.
This client may be particularly interested in candidates who are immediately available or available at very short notice as it may initially be offered on a temp-perm basis.
