Our client based in Chichester are seeking a Senior Customer Relations Advisor to join their busy team.
Duties will include providing coaching and mentoring to Customer Relations Advisers when required, manage and report any service issues, potential errors and omissions or complaints raised directly or referred from the Customer Relations Advisers, and escalate to the team manager as appropriate, installation of new clients, access and respond to voice and web mail enquiries as directed by the team manager and providing an excellent customer service at all times.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in coaching and supporting other team members, complaint resolution and have ICS or an equivalent qualification is also preferred. Pensions experience is also essential for this role.
Working hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 - 17:00 however these are at times flexible and salary is Dependent on experience.
