    An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading Contract Electronics Manufacturer. The position is for an administrator to assist the team leaders in their daily activities. Duties will include sending sales acknowledgements to customers, loading sales orders and checking correct costings, updating sales orders and forecasts, progressing quotes onto MRP and in house systems, reviewing the open sales order book and advising relevant person of any due or overdue items, prepare KPI data for team leaders. General administration for the site, raise minutes of meetings when required, reviewing shipping and despatch issues with internal and external customers. To carry out any other tasks as thought appropriate by the management to benefit the company.

    Candidate requirements are as follows must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft office applications, previous experience in customer facing roles and MRP system or avante. Strong organisation and administrative skills.
